KaruSystems OÜ was founded by Arthur Tousch. Through years of working inside different companies as well as alongside them as a freelancer, the same pattern kept emerging: businesses overwhelmed by tech chaos. Disconnected tools, manual processes, and technology decisions made without long-term clarity were slowing teams down. Over time, my role naturally evolved beyond development—I often found myself acting as a technical consultant, and in some cases almost as a CTO, helping companies regain structure and direction. KaruSystems was born from this experience: to help businesses navigate overwhelming technology by designing tailor-made software systems that bring clarity, efficiency, and confidence.
